System Introduction
As a partner in two-wheeled transportation, we provide solutions for four major business sectors: shared electric motorcycle operations, battery distribution and swapping, regulation of two-wheeled transportation, and intelligent electric motorcycles. The system includes hardware and software products such as a merchant management platform, operations service app, and user mini program. The software products cover government, merchant, operations, and user sides, creating a fully integrated intelligent operational platform.
1. System Architecture Design
The system architecture adopts the Spring Cloud framework, including: client, load balancing, API gateway, business gateway, registry center, business cluster, distributed storage, and log management services.

New Energy Electric Bike Management and Operation Platform: consists of an operation management platform, operation maintenance service app, and user mini-program.
3.1 Operation Management Platform
The electric bike operation management platform has a total of 12 functional modules, as shown in the following figure:

3.1.1 Operation Dashboard
Real-time Data: You can intuitively view the vehicle status, user information, and other data by selecting the service area. Data Query: After selecting the service area, you can query relevant data of orders by selecting the date.
3.1.2 Revenue Dashboard
Select the service area first, and then query the revenue overview by selecting the date.
3.1.3 Operation Map
Select the service area first. In the selected service area, you can view the relevant status of vehicles. In the operation map, you can intuitively view the service area, parking zones, restricted parking zones, and no-parking areas. Click to switch to satellite map mode.
3.1.4 User Management
Select the service area. In the user list, you can view the relevant information of all users. You can search by user name, phone number, user status, and vehicle usage eligibility. To export the table, click the "Export Table" button, and then click the "Export" button in the "View Historical Reports".
3.1.5 Operation and Maintenance Management
Select the service area first. In the battery swapping statistics, you can view the swapping status of the vehicles and related performance information of the maintenance personnel. Chart query: You can view the battery swapping performance.
3.2 Operation Maintenance Service App
The operation-side app includes 37 management functions such as scanning QR codes, GIS map, task center, vehicle list, battery swapping, vehicle relocation, repair work orders, inspection work orders, and reporting.
3.3 User Mini-Program
Main modules include "My Wallet," "My Trips," "Activity Center," "Customer Service Center," "Message Center," "Rate Calculation Rules," and "My Settings."
